there are a number of small to medium sized call centers out there that provide quality services...

the difference between inbound and outbound call centers are in in bound call center where the customers makes a call for there queries and in outbound call center the company gives information about the new products to the customers by making them call.

We are looking for the best place in the US to open a sales call center. Our corporate office is in South Florida however the employment pool is very poor in this market. We are looking to hire 75-100 call center employees over the next few years and we just have not identified the best market for us. Any suggestions?
