As Director of Human Resources and Training, Michael leads the overall development and direction of human resources and training departments for all 24-7 INtouch facilities. He is responsible for all areas of employee relations including selection and recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee training and organization development, labor relations, policy development, and risk management.

Michael brings over 10 years of direct experience in the contact center industry to 24-7 INtouch, previously holding management positions within other outsourced contact centers in Manitoba. Michael is an active participant within various HR organizations in Winnipeg, including the Manitoba Contact Center Association (MECCA), HRMAM, and the BUILT Network.

Michael studied Business Administration at both the University of Winnipeg and the University of Manitoba where he completed his degree in Human Resource Management.
